GCH CH Mysharas Dream Girl
We’ve been concentrating on our east coast shows over the weekend, but we had plenty of action elsewhere as well. Down south fanciers had a three day weekend in Montgomery AL. On Friday Dr Steve Keating was in the final ring for the Anniston Kennel Club. He chose his Best In Show from the German Wirehaired Pointer, GCH cH Ripsnorter’s Mt View Lookout, the Greyhound, GCH CH GrandCru Clos Erasmus, the Black Russian Terrier, GCH CH Lancelot Chiornyy Prints, the Kerry blue Terrier, GCH CH Everglorys The Sultan Of Swat, the Papillion, GCH CH Wildfire On The Rocks, the Keeshond, CH Trumpets Shoot To Thrill, and the Australian Shepherd, GCH CH Mysharas Dream Girl. BIS was the Aussie, Beyonce. Beyonce and handler Jamie Klute now have a lucky seven BIS this year.

The rest of the weekend would belong to Friday's Hound Group winner, the Greyhound, Era, as she would take home the top prize at both Saturday’s Tuscaloosa Kennel Club show and Sunday’s Montgomery Kennel Club. Saturday Era was joined by the above named GWP & Black Russian Terrier, the Scottish Terrier, GCH CH Charthill Power Broker, the Italian Greyhound, GCH CH Bo-Bett’s open Button, the Chinese Shar-Pei, GCH CH Chaoyang Chick Magnet At Asia, and the Rough Collie, GCH CH Gentry’s Braveheart. Sunday with Col Joe Purkhiser choose ERA from a final that included Friday’s BIS winner, the Australian Shepherd, Beyonce, the previously mentioned GWP & Shar-Pei, the Siberian Husky, GCH CH Indigo’s Hilltop Istate, the Colored Bull Terrier, CH Glentoms You Were Mint For Me, and the Miniature Pinscher, GCH CH Marlex Classic Red Glare.
Era and breeder/owner/handler Rindi Gaudet have now gathered 14 top prizes this season. Congratulations to Rindi, co-breeder/owner Melanie Steele, and co-breeder Clint Livingston.
