From Augusta NJ and day two of the Palisade’s Kennel Club, it was day one all over again with BIS judge Karen Wilson handing the Irish Setter, GHC CH Shadagee, Caught Red Handed, her second top prize in as many days. Four more of Friday’s finalists made it back for a second round, the Whippet, GCH CH Starline’s Chanel, the Pekingese, CH PalaceGarden Malachy, the Bulldog, GCH CH Kepley’s Showbiz Razzle Dazzle, and the Bearded Collie, GCH CH Tolkien Raintree Mister Baggins. Making their first final appearance of the weekend were the Akita, GCH CH Nakodo's Reign Of Glory, and the Smooth Fox Terrier, GCH CH Foxlorr Double Dare. It won’t be enough for the country’s Number Tree Dog All Breeds to overtake the front runners, but it does put her close enough that the Top Two can see her in the rear view. What’s that about things are closer than they appear?
